 Studying in school_study hard_good communication skill
I take great pleasure in recommending Thu Ly, one of my favorite student, for admission into your distinguished graduate program.
I first became acquaited with Ms.Ly in 2012, when she she took the course Journalism Interviewing Skills that I taugth.
In the final exam of the course, I asked student to make an interview with their favorite interviewee. While others only submited the interview files, Ms. Ly inclosed her note of some important details in my lession and explained how she applied these knowledge in that interview. More impressively, she also described what happened in reality int-erview that turns out differrent from my lession and suggested me to adding some more detail in my course. I really appreciated her feed back that help my lession more applied. Her effort in doing the exam has made me felt that it was not only an exam but a reality inverview with her.
She often asked imaginative question about the lession. After the class, we also usually compared on the either lession concerns or communication topic by email. When we met each other at the school, she was amicable and polite when talking with me and always have a lot of question for me, which really preasant me surprise for me since my students tend to be shy and keep distance to teacher, quite contrast to her boldness.

As Ms Ly request, I am writing to support her application for acceptance into your graduate program.
Ms. Ly have been working at my company since 2015 as an account and media planer that was so challeging and burdensome for a graduate student.
I was so surprise when she said that she have a content team before. She told that at that time, graduated students were hired to write PR articles or content for Digital Marketing with very low salaries. The employers said that because these students writing skill is not good enough. The employers have to fix their writing. Through their fixing, student can improve their writing skill. So that what student have to pay for the learning.
She did not argee with them so that she gathered a group of student and trained them how to write content marketing. Then, she found customers that was the media companies and sold these writing for them. As a result, she not only made money for her sefl but also very high salary for student.
That story has drived me to recruit her to our company and she has not made me disapointed.
Eventhough she is the youngest account in my company, in 2015 she brough the biggest customer to our company. That contract came from her shopping in a store of a famous brand. She had chance to have a short talk with the brand manager. One month later, our company suddenly received a call from that manager and after that we had the biggest contract.
